Rubbing and creasing to wrappers and along spine edge. Some separation along the lower quarter of spine. Staples rusted. Some spotting and thumbing to pages, mostly to lower corners. Illustrations are largely clean and unimpacted. Good.

Each page of this pamphlet is dedicated to a letter of the alphabet that advises children as to what they should do and eat to be “happy and gay” and live a healthy life. Each letter is accompanied by a related color illustration. As an example, the text for the letter Q reads: Q is for Quiet, we frequently need; After Meals don’t run at the top of your speed.
