Original double-sided theatrical movie poster for the Academy Award-winning film The Great Gatsby, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan, and Joel Edgerton and directed by Baz Luhrmann. This poster hung in the lightbox outside of the small Strand Theatre in Kutztown, PA, which operated for over 100 years before closing its doors in 2023. The poster shows some light handling wear, with a few creases, most notable along the right edge near the upper corner, and a smoothed out crease above the ‘B’ in ‘GATSBY.’ A small black strip of paper has been taped near the lower part of the poster, covering the original release date of May 10. Better than Very Good.
